Will there be a Trade In Store for the Reunion/Legends Event?

Last year players had the opportunity to trade in 10 6* Featured for 1 7* Basic crystal. It riled the community because kabam doesn't want the players to hoard their shards but ended up doing it showing they lack consistency in what their goals are.
Just asking if there will be another event like that? I'm sitting at 150k 6* shards, equivalent to 10 6* Featured just to prepare for this.
