Support Weekend Service.

Is it advisable to send tickets to Kabam Support on the weekends? Or is there a quality difference in service if you send your ticket during weekdays? I noticed that some tickets my team sent get better responses during weekdays and morning till afternoon US time.

    You can send on the weekends they'll only get back to you when weekend is over
