Lower PI and Need a Place to Grow?

The Bude Brigade is a 1.7M very active growing alliance - we are tier 13/14, most of us are lower PI but we are getting better every week. We would like someone around 35 - 55K and you are better than most of your current alliance mates but you're not getting rewarded.
