Crucible - tuning up HP values?

I know the game has changed a lot since 7.1, but this is a combo question/comment -

We got a hefty attack boost in act 8 for using max 6-stars, thanks to the global node. 2000 attack is a solid 40-50% bump for typical champs.

Is the old global going to be applied to the crucible? Because if it’s not, you’ve already stretched the fight length considerably.

As its gonna be long form content id say it probs be a lot of health since they said 7 r2+ and 6r5 which if was act 7 healths the recommendation wouldnt be that and i dont think the act global nodes be applied
