Intimidate/infuriate while heavy is a nice addition

Intimidate/Infuriate while heavy in Beta Ray Bill's kit is a nice addition to the gameplay. Why can't kabam just add this to the Scorpion, Mr. Negative and Patriot's kit? They know that their Ai Behavior (esp. while heavy charge) suck but do nothing about it.

The reason he has heavy is because Kabam knows how much their AI sucks in cooperating these days

A comment from DLL's spotlight video:

"Besides the Kate bishop -> Hawkeye perfect release, I don’t remember any times where a buff to a “tech” like heavy into sp is retroactively applied to any of the previous champs. Do you think it is relevant to add the intimidate/infuriate to scorpion either via a synergy or a “buff” (which he really doesn’t need), storm PX, mangog, etc?"

"No, I don't. Couple factors at work here:
    1) I said in my Patriot spotlight video that we don't consider the current defender behavior during heavy charge to be desirable, and I don't want us to throw in a bunch of extra abilities for different characters that wouldn't be necessary when that fix does go through. Honestly, I recommended against Bill's designer using the heavy charge in this kit at all because of that impending change, but he felt they were too important to his vision for the kit (fair enough), and those extra abilities are there to ensure that Bill's performance is stable before and after that change, since the heavy charge duration is so important to him, above and beyond the others you mentioned.

    2) unlike Bill, those other champs were designed and tuned around different behavior and without AI manipulation. It's why Storm X goes unblockable, why Mangog stuns, and if anybody thinks Scorpion needs any help being more reliable, I have a bridge to sell them

So basically - they don't need it and we don't want to muddy the waters"

Mangog stuns and what? He needs to get hit to get his fury, Mr. Negative almost unplayable because of it and Scorpion is no longer a competitor to other science champions because of it. Why does DLL defend that Ai behavior and mocks the community while also saying "when that fix go through" as if this will ever happen...

Scorpion is honestly fine. I've never had any issue using his heavy into special loop and it's way less important than bills seems to be
