Raid Broken - knock down not registering

Device and Version: IPad Air 5th Gen
Device Operating System: , iOS 17.5.1.
WiFi: only tried on Wifi
Game Version Installed: 46.0.1
Game Mode: Alliance Quest Raid
Champions Affected: only used current raid champ Aegon
Active Boosts: Are you using any boosts when you experience this issue? Yes 15% attack boost and 20% attack/health
Description of the Issue: knock down option to gain favor isn’t working I spent an entire fight and it didn’t register that I knocked the opponent down even though I did many many times. I heavy attacked and special attacked in an attempt to get it to register but nothing happened and therefore I could not build up my damage output. I’m really concerned as I was expecting to do a lot more damage with these valuable revive potions and with no ramp I barely scratched him. I did it 4 times I think and this issue never disappeared so it wasn’t a one off issue. The first three battles started on knockdown so zero ramp. Fourth time I was able to ramp for the start until knockdown came up as the next favor thingy to do. So light attack and Dex both registered.
Can you please help.
