Deathless Psycho man: The Suppressed Emotion

This is a thread about what could've been,
And what SHOULDVE been.
After watching the video of Deathless Vision:The Hollow Heart, I've immediately saw whats going on here...
A tech champion, who's represented as one manipulating emotions for his advantage.
This sounds familiar
Too familiar...
It could've been Deathless Psycho man instead too easily, but that didn't happen.
Instead we got... The Hollow Heart, and yes indeed-my heart is hollow, thinking of how we were robbed of a Deathless Psycho man.
Now, how would Deathless Psycho man look like exactly?
Well, Psycho man rotates between 3 modes, each representing an emotion, and for each, its own benefits, for each its own way of triggering Concussion, and Psycho man's main dmg comes from Shock debuffs.
Now, here's the Deathless changes I would apply:
Deathless Psycho man: The Suppressed Emotion
Psycho man can rotate between 3 modes in his control box:Depression (or Anxiety, up to you) Fear, and Doubt.
Depression mode is a very dark and disturbing mode, but that's just how Deathless Vision's lore is.
So, Depression mode:
The opponent dosent want to live anymore, and would happily take the chance to get K.Oed, as such, when the opponent would block/auto block a speical attack, the opponent will instantly unblock, leaving himself wide open to the attack. When this happens, the opponent is inflicted with a stacking 10% concussion (up to 5) against mutant champions and #Fantastic four, the potency is 20% instead, also, inflicts the opponent with an instant degan dealing X amount of dmg.
Sp1 inflicts one degan buff, if the attack hits right after the opponent unblocks-inflict 3 debuffs instead.
Sig abillity:
Add insult to (a mental) injury:
The opponent don't believe he can get mentally better, and so, whenever the opponent attempts to gain a regan buff, he instead gives it to Deathless Psycho man, regenerating for X health based on sig.
And what SHOULDVE been.

If the opponent presses the quit fight button at any point during the fight, psycho man gains 3 bars of power over 10 seconds at the start of his next fight
