    Dragon man, Storm Xand Dani are the only ones that aren't an outright win in my opinion, and even they have their uses. I would move that gambit relic to domino personally though.

    Oh hulk is already rank 2 who else do you guys recommend rank 2 next and where can I find resources for rank 3 I play mostly battlegrounds

    Hulk, Mantis, Wiccan, Bishop, America Chavez, Domino are probably your top champions.. most summoners want them.. Wiccan needs dupe but of course awaken is nice.. Dragonman is ok.. bleed /poison immune robot, knockdown opponent and trap them in the corner to deal more damage.
