Rank up material locations

Can anybody point me to where I can find more of certain rank up mats? I feel like aside from buying them from the BGs store, I rarely/never find crystals for things like T5cc (full or fragments), T6cc fragments, and even some of the other stuff like T3a and T6b. I'm almost never able to really rank Champs since I almost never have the mats.
I know they aren't in *super* large supply yet, but they have to be more plentiful than "only from the BGs store", right?
