Crucible or Act 8 for Valiant

I have 6000 units and a hundred or so revives. I have 39 paths left for act 8 exploration including 5 Cerastes, 5 Bahamet, and 2 Glykhan. Will legendary crucible both paths be easier than finishing act 8?
For a reference to my skill, I did 1 path Necro with a r4 ascended sig 200 6 star Aegon. 100 revives and 4000 units.

Since necro cost you that much, I just think that you may get stuck on one of the bosses in Act 8 where you just power through them with units and revives.
1 have 8.1.6 left to explore. Most of 8.2 left to explore, 8.3 is 100%, and 2 paths of 8.4.6 left to explore.
Just not sure I have a deep enough roster.
Bahamet cost me about 1500 units. Only R5 were Kingpin and Herc.
Glykhan was around 1500 revives.
Is there any fights in the Crucible that need a specific counter or you can’t win?
Honestly, I should have explored act 8 by now, but I’m just slow at playing, medium skill at best, and when I push a lot of content, I get burned out.
Both Crucible and act 8 are permanent content.
But as you said about your earlier skill and revive relationship, I would highly suggest you to do act 8 exploration then Crucible. Act 8 have better rewards and your skill will be polished more. You would have better understanding of champs and nodes. There you can restart as much as you can if you are stuck or have 2-3 champs for boss.
Crucible is can be night mare if you go unprepared as you have only 1 champ per boss and if you are stuck you might spend more than intended. All are act 7 boss.
So imo do normal difficulty to save resources and get Idea of quest and then do act 8 100%. After that you should do legendary difficulty of crucible
I would have suggested you legendary difficulty but own statement regarding your unit use in bosses and Necro seems more than usual. Good luck mate. Whatever you choose, just prepare yourself and smash it, you got this.
