Can you get to Cavalier free to play?

I finished act five easily free to play, but now I'm stuck on 6.1.1, do I need to spend money to get past it?

    I feel like I have a good roster but no good champs for 6.1.1

    I'm paragon and almost valiant being all ftp. It's completely possible with some effort. I believe you can do it.

    Definitely doable; Act 6 is a difficulty spike (even though it’s been toned down from release) so make sure you’re checking the nodes on the path, and bringing a boss counter; if you get stuck play some UC event quest for resources, but pushing through 6.1 is very worth it for the Cav upgrades.

    The No Retreat node sucks! i was stuck at 6.1.1 for a few weeks for sure. but pushed through and became Paragon just last week as an FTP player, so you can definitely do it!

    you've got some great champs and an awakened AA will help massively, in this quest and down the road.

    If you're having trouble getting past a specific lane in a given quest, try taking a different one - how difficult any one quest can be to a summoner in Act 6 is very much roster-dependent, moreso than the other Acts. The lanes are often more difficult than the boss fights, with a couple of exceptions (6.2.2 Sinister, 6.2.6 Champion, etc.)

    Good luck, keep pushing and you'll definitely get there.
