Has the AI been affecting Titania's SP3 intimidate?

For a month now, the AI has been throwing specials after the SP3. It's not like 60% intimidate is going to be stopping the AI from throwing a special but it's been happening more frequently and I've definitely started to notice. I've started making the effort that the enemy has no power whenever I have my haymaker and SP3 to try and make sure they aren't able to use their specials. Again, I'm not sure if this was common before but it only started happening recently and has made me some bgs.

    Yes it has. I’ve stopped using her completely and I didn’t take her to r3 cause of it. Hope it gets fixed soon
