Bullet time node on black widow deadly origin not functioning

As you can clearly see in the video, I put evade charge on, but when I dex the evade charge simply disappears without stunning the defender. It’s not in the video but there have been times where I flat out parry stun her normally without having to dex like the node says.

Idk if this is some kind of petrify mastery nonsense but first off it shouldn’t work like that since she’s not stunned yet, and second it should be remove anyways because it makes the fight very obnoxious.

Ignore the bad gameplay, I was expecting to get a combo after that which just threw off my rhythm.
