Well they are similar, even the mcoc Rhino is based on the comics. ASM2 Rhino was a mech suit

Asm2 rhino is based on the ultimate comics where his suit is more specifically mechanical

You can't keep saying comic accuracy when all you mean is he visually looks kind of like the rhino from the comics that you know but has a completely different back story, power set and personality
