it's time I tried her out?
I rarely use Mystics in content though. My current roster reflects that as it has very few r5 6* Mystics: White Tiger, Destroyer, Kindred, and Rintrah, and 2 high rank 7*'s: Chavez and White Tiger.
That's it.
But let's see how it goes. I hope her AI will spam heavies when I put her on defense, like it does so often when trying to fight against her lol.
And in case anyone asks, she's only r3 because I had gotten a Mystic 2-3 gem from Necro, and she was the ONLY 7* Mystic I had at the time. So I had to r3 her to get Valiant.

This was my first fight with her at r3, taking on an r3 onslaught. Any fights that have even just a few buffs completely supercharge her, and her damage even without any buffs is still great.
Also if you have a duped iron fist relic, give it to her. The first hit of every heavy will do burst damage for each buff on the opponent, it makes her even crazier in metas like this. In this meta if I get a crit on the first heavy hit she’ll throw a 55k heavy, it’s pretty insane.
Lastly for this meta try and get up as many orange dimensions as you can, each one reduces the potency of armor up buffs by 70%, and they stack, so you can actually reverse the potency of the armors. This applies to fury buffs too, and I’ve had a funny interaction where I reduced the potency of Nick’s 2nd life fury by so much that I accidentally ate an sp3 and it didn’t even do 1%. Yea she’s pretty cool.

One thing you need to know about her to play efficiently is, choosing which mode to use on sp2. Since your chavez is r3, she most likely ends the fight in sp2. You have to decide wisely based on Opponents health to choose which mode. If you choose orange mode you deal more damage but with blue mode, she can regen back the chip damage taken. You should know which mode you have to choose.
She's great against anyone with buffs, Can counter most cosmic and tech defenders.
I’d definitely go with the duped 5*, the burst damage can get pretty nuts.
Funny enough on that nf fight I had just watched someone have the exact same interaction like a day or two beforehand and everyone was confused for a couple minutes on why it worked like that lol. Eventually chat figured it out so when it happened to me in my own match I knew exactly what happened. I had forgot in the moment until I saw I took no damage then I knew why immediately.
I just got this SoS solo with my r3, unboosted. She's one of my most used champs. She just seems to answer so many different types of fights.
I've used her to get solos in all three seasons so far. Her and JJ.
