Who should I r2?

I have 1-2 sage gem and a normal 1-2 gem and can't decide who to take up..

I'm kinda leaning toward to cap marvel once I dupe her tomorrow from the objective with the saga gem but dont know who else to take up.. any opinions?

Already have bullseye r6 6* max sig so probably hold off on him till i dupe him atleast, chaves is a great shout though..
