I can't deal damage

I'm just trying to complete the cosmic solo event and decided to do lower difficulty EQ, but I can't deal damage in the third fight of the quest.
Tried with BRB, failed.
Tried with vox, failed.
Disconnected and reconnected, failed.
I can't recall how to upload video on the forum, but I have 3 videos of me suffering, so I've taken a screenshot of the recording and added to this post.
Help!
