7* Nexus help

My nexus from act 8 exploration was a little underwhelming, but I'm hoping you guys can help make one of these stand out, especially unawakened.
I'm Paragon, but just 1 t4a away from taking Chavez to R3, and I just pulled a Science 2-3 gem (possibly going with iHulk from the selector though). Still have my Class crystal to open at some point as well.
If it helps, here's my other 7*s...
Science - Sandman, Antman, Thing
Tech - Sammy, IMIW, Mysterio, Guardian, Lady D

    Other than being better of the bunch, guilly will help you complete the carinas challange too

    Seems pretty clear that Guillotine is the favorite. Thanks!

    On a different note, should I go with iHulk from the selector and R3 or use my Class gem for Science?

    I don’t understand the buzz with Fixit. How is he useful?
    The answer could help me to dry my tears to have a dupe one…

    Sorry about that nexus, unlucky options.

    Fixit is just fine. He puts on a lot of bleeds, so the damage will be good at r3. The only problem is, then you have an r3 Joe Fixit, which is a **** situation to be in.

    Don’t do ihulk either. Just wait for a better science. There are many of them.

    If you haven't done the carina's challenge yet, Guilly is the right answer. If you've done that as well as Necro, she isn't needed as much (except for BGs maybe).

    An alternate to her is War Machine but only if you like him
