NEW RELICS?? What happened?

Maybe I’m mistaken, but could’ve sworn Kabam was supposed to release the NEXT level (whatever u wanna call it) of “Relics”! Obviously NOT “strikers”!! Could’ve sworn they said “strikers” were the 1st step in adding extra attackers/levels for summoners to add to their champs. Basically same as “strikers” , but perform totally different at actions or add totally different buffs to attackers, or debuffs to defenders. That was supposed to be atleast 6-8 months ago if I’m not mistaken. What the hell happened to that????? I’ve been saving

Well apparently you've been under some kind of rock as they have repeatedly stated they don't know what they are doing with relics and there will not be any new ones until 2025 at the earliest.

Well. I kinda understand where he’s coming from - in this forum, mostly die hard mcoc summoners are present.
What about people who play this game occasionally but do not really follow what’s going on behind the scenes.

Eg, the comments of kabam crashed on the topics on social media. In my opinion main issues/updates can not be followed when you play the game only.

Plus, you can not expect that all players follow each social media platform, discord, forums, trello board etc. There is a need of a central place within the game regarding bugs/news etc.

They stopped the relic stuff I guess. First they introduce a feature no one asked for, Hyped it a lot, and when they came to know relics are failing, they shoved it down on our throats, made relic almost mandatory in every content, and when players actually started having fun with relics, exploring relic - champ combos, they started releasing new relics. I believe they didn't plan well before executing this concept.

If you have any constructive counter arguement whic you can express respectfully, I'm all ears. But blind kabam devotees, please ignore this comment.

Lots of unnecessary comments, but it’s the forums, so kinda expected (sadly). I only come to forums every once in a while, and I don’t follow or look at ANY of Kabam social media (ever!!)! 0 of this should be required for basic game info anyway!! I’ve been playing since day 1, and even 10yrs later still spend multiple hrs most days on this game. I have 0 interest in increasing Kabam (net marble) social media presence. Any info such as what I asked about should be clearly communicated IN GAME so that every single player can see that info!!! Not gonna rant, because it won’t change. Thx 2 the couple ppl that responded without any negativity. Good day to all
