Can someone help clear up my confusion?

I'm hoping that this is a really obvious thing, and that I'm just reading wrong or not seeing something, but...
I'm confused about when the 'Crucible Quest Exploration' solo task ends. The email made it sound like it was on August 28th. But the timer on the event says September 2nd. And the store items for the Reunion Tokens have timers that say September 9th.
Now... the store items being open longer than the event makes sense. But do I have until *this* Tuesday to get the token and 7* Vision piece, or until *next* Tuesday?
