Just pulled a Shang Chi and immediately R2’d him, is he worth an R3? He’s unduped

His damage improves with his dupe but he does everything he needs to without it. Nothing wrong with continuing to invest in him. Just keep in mind that he is in the game as a 7* as well, so you may not want to invest further than R3. But if he's your first R3, he will definitely boost your roster.
