Just 1 tiny change

I have 1 small change to serpent which I believe will keep him the same, but make him absolutely reasonable.. reduce his death immunity to 100% against mystics.. that way, he's virtually the same, just wiccan, tigra and a few other mystics can take him.. I believe that will satisfy the community..
I think at the moment, the balance program is lazy..
