AQ map 7 Electro bugged today?

Is Electro on the Do You Bleed Node bugged today? An alliance member of mine that takes that path is using Black Cat who he used on day 1 and 2 with no issues is dying pretty instantly from static shock and even with applying bleeds Electro is taking 0 damage. The modifier we are using is Clean Slate which we use every day 3 of AQ and this is the 4th week he has fought Electro on this Map variation with no problems previously. If anyone has seen something similar or heard of something similar, any information would be appreciated. Thanks
