Unable to claim the items from the "Double Track Event"

Some items from the first 19 days of the "Double Track Event" have not been received.
When I click the "Claim" button, nothing happens. I've tried multiple times already.
Please help me retrieve these items.

Game mode: Main interface
Active boosts: No boosts
