Suggestions for 6 star rank ups, please

Any suggestions on what 6 stars to take up,

I have multiple generic 2-3 rank up gems and enough resources to take atleast 2/3 6 stars up, I’ve been pretty stingy hoping to pull some better champs and diversify my roster but no luck so need to make do of what I have, I already have a 7star warlock and white mag, and a picture of all my rank 5 max, any opinions on who to take up

    Update : I already had hulk at r3 before duping Titania and void, also pulled scorpion recently so the science luck is going crazy but I’m not sure if my next r3 should also be science
