Need help on how to unlink an old MCOC account to my current one

So I have two account in mcoc but one of them is connected to my personal email and is brand new it’s no progress and the one I spent money and all my time on which is level 59 going on 60 is not connected to a kabam account but is instead connected through Game Center on my iPad. Is there any way I can delete the old account to link my current account I’m on in Game Center to my email so I can claim those in game shop free promos??
