Who Should I Awaken?

Can't decide who to use the 4 Star Generic on or if I should save it.

Angela benefits the least from getting awakened IMO.

Yeah, that's true. I have Agent Venom, Thor and Rogue as well as options but I figures they don't benefit all that much either.

I'd do Kingpin because I like him, but Doctor Voodoo would be a more functional option.

Also I guess maybe it's worth mentioning that out of these choices only Dr. V is 4/40 all the others are 3/30.
