Hi Kabam!
I got offered 1 premium Crystal Deal with 5 energy refills, 3☆ shards and 4☆ shards for 380 units but after my purchase, I did not receive any Crystal shards or energy refills. Only the premium Crystal, could you look into this? Username: Kai XOXO I made this purchase ~10 mins ago.

    Just a suggestion....try shutting the game down completely (not just exiting) and opening it up again. This sometimes resolves that issue.
