Who rank up: 6* to R4 for Story mode

I restarted playing a couple of months ago and there are some many new heros I never played with. I recently pulled serveral GOAT tier 6*s that I didn't have as 5* so it's hard to prioritize them. I am not a skilled player so Tigra is not the best option.
The new 6* are Dust (duped), America Chavez, and Kate Bishop plus 2 that I have played and like Archangel and Hulkling.
I have the resources to bring 3 more 6* to R4 and 2 generic, 1 mystic and 1 cosmic awaking gems.
My standard Team is 7* Sunspot, 6* R5 Herc, 6* R4 Nick, 6* R4 Kingpin and 6* R4 Future AntMan or 6* R4 Scorpion
My current Heros are attached
