New war tactic has a major flaw

After some off-season testing I think a major issue that will really get people upset once they start diving into next war season is the % chance to miss. After 20 hits you have a percent (based on which tier your in) to miss for 18 seconds, it’s 20% at tier 3. This is very poor RNG design especially with the list of tactic attackers we have to choose from. When a heal block is applied either through debuff application or a heal block inherent to a champs kit you cannot miss. This is how you’re intended to work around the defensive tactic. However, heal blocks in most champs don’t last long, champs like Peni or Mysterio who are very bad at inflicting many debuffs also don't have long lasting heal blocks. This eventually leads to you have to hope and pray after 20 hits that the defenders doesn’t have you miss an attack then immediately punish you. Typically with mini and boss island nodes this results in death. Also champs that simply refresh debuffs don’t recycle this heal block. Champs like Mr. fantastic are completely useless after the first heal block via debuff application. Before the masses start jumping into war I highly suggest consider removing this chance to miss. It feels unnecessarily punishing and isn’t skill based, it’s just RnG.
