Character lock while not even in a alliance

My characters are locked but im not in an alliance they have been locked for 2 days now and I don't know why or how to fix this

what are they locked in?
Event Quest? Side Quest? Story? Incursions?
you can be a wee bit more specific, we’d have a better idea of what’s going on. pics if you could wouldn’t hurt either.
