Raid BG not showing up

Our Alliance runs 1 BG of raids in BG1. When raids did start yesterday, a few members, including me, joined the BG and got stuck in the middle path.

Today with the start of day 2 and the fix of the raid map, we were still not able to join the BGs.
So one of our alliance officers changed all the BGs to Map 6, and now raids are no longer showing up at BG1.

Will we still be able to play raids this week or are we stuck on map 6, with no raids rewards?
