Unable to enlist AQ raids for next

Hi Team,

My alliance is unable to enlist Aq raids for next week. There is no option showing to do anything in the calendar tab. Please find the attached pictures and videos. please let me know if this is only for us or anyone facing this issue or how to fix this?
