Everything’s glitched or bugged. New formats across the game are being covered or blocked by other icons. Numerous bugged ai interactions. Raids. Champions not functioning properly. Can we get an answer? Why is all of this happening? Are you guys gonna fix it? Especially AI! What’s going on with that? We’ve had problems for months with it but nope! Nothing. We just want to what in the world is going on!!

In short, there's a reason most live service games don't run 10 years. The reason is, they shouldn't.

But, gotta get that bag, as the kids say. And to make clear, the bag don't go back into the game after 10 years - just enough to keep the lights on.

Or maybe they'll fix everything by 46.1.2.

@Emilia90 from a profit standpoint the game is doing great for them. But are they putting the profit back into the game by fixing AI and other problems plaguing the game? Doesn’t appear so. Usually when that happens that does signal something is wrong, right? They barely even communicate with us now.

There’s been a string of annoying bugs over the last few weeks that are highly visible but aren’t that big of a deal. The AI on the other hand….

Well OP says it "it has been 4 months" if you are unhappy an kept on spending as a frequent spender...
Anyway its not the point, free or spender, demanding answers? Spender or not people are just players, you don't like it you quit...

When hasn't the game had bugs or something not functioning? This game has seen it's good and bad streaks but it's been in service for 10 years and there isn't any sign of it actually slowing down.

Even with what the game is experiencing now, it's nothing compared to when the servers were going out frequently for months.

We heard the game is dying after 12.0. we heard the game was dying after the server issues. We heard the game is dying after it was sold to Netmarble. We heard the game is dying after MROC closed. We heard the game was dying after the layoffs happened.

Guess what? It's still here. Just like the drama queens here on the forums with posts like this.

You got no idea how a company runs uh?... Did they hire a new special team fix the AI? How are they putting the money back in it?... Its not a lemonade stand...

I've never once said only my opinion matters. I've done exactly what was done at the start of this thread. Express an opinion as well as give some background.

Read through this thread. Hardly anyone here that's commented, thinks the game is dying.

"The game is dying" is in the top 5 topics here next to things like silent (not real) nerfs.

@BringPopcorn To assume you know my knowledge or experiences in business or economics shows my point exactly that a lot of you are just keyboard warriors trying to invalidate other people’s thoughts. People can voice their frustrations in a game they have invested in and shouldn’t have to respond to immature comments from jokers like you.

You just said they put back the money to fix it, do you work for them? Do you have any information on how their money is spent?....What is your knowledge or particular experience regarding this company?

I spend in this game. That makes me a consumer. Consumers buy things that they expect to work. If I buy a new fridge or car, I expect it to work. If it breaks I expect the manufacturer to fix it or replace it. It’s not very hard to understand. For those that spend their money in this game they expect the game to function properly or be fixed within a reasonable time period. But for the deafening silence from Kabam ignoring the numerous complaints regarding A.I. is just bad business. Remember that it is the drama queens that are keeping the game alive for FTP gamers to enjoy in the first place. It’s not so easy to just tell someone to quit playing if they have invested so much into this game. It’s ignorant.

Those are things you own. You don't own your account. You're buying things to make your experience better. You pay for an advantage, not to own the game or your account.

Think of it like buying a ticket for an amusement park. You access to all the games and rides. But if a game breaks, you aren't getting anything for it because you still have access to everything else the park offers.

Exactly what I said before, the same dev team works to fix the issues, there is no profit to invest into fixing, there is no AI fixing team to hire. Its not like they can buy a new piece of machinery to debug the game. Your question "but ate they putting their profit back..." as if you knew how a company like this is run. What part of that don't you get? Its not a lemonade stand where more pitchers and more lemons makes it better

The last year the direction of the game completely changed and not for the better. It started with buying 6* and now insane deals every other month. Like it's fine but it def is pushing people to that conclusion.

Cash the bag before its over is fairly common

Maybe not but if you start making new batches of lemonade and pouring it out of a pitcher that has broken glass in it and selling it in cups that have holes or fall apart you are apt to chase away your customer base and you’ll be left just as broke.

At some point you need to invest in addressing your pitchers and cups, even though those aren’t what you’re selling.

Uh how? 6* are hardly game changing and it’s natural that they would introduce bundles to get a guaranteed one for the whales. Them adding more deals means nothing, and I’d argue the direction they started last year was the best they’ve ever done. F2P players are doing better in this environment than any other year before where you had to spend money to keep up
