Colossus and Mr Sinister relic

Hi guys, I have question about this combination. According to description I should get Precision Passive when bled or immune to bleed. Colossus is immune to bleed from begining, so relic should kick in immediately after fight starts, right? But it does not.

    A bleed needs to try to apply for the immunity and the the relic to kick in

    The description means that this ability activates either when you are inflicted with a Bleed, or if a Bleed fails to apply due to an immunity.

    Note that this won't occur if a bleed fails due to AAR. So if Domino or Archangel prevents a bleed by reducing the opponent's ability accuracy, it won't trigger.

    as said above; so, suicides trigger it, nodes, defender abilities, and the relic triggers itself when you use the striker.
