Abilities
Passive
The Pheonix force, coupled with Jean Gray’s potent mental abilities gives her immunity to Reversed Controls (including Delirium and Corruption), Sleep and all forms of Ability Accuracy Reduction.
The cosmic nature of the Pheonix Force grants Jean immunity to all Power Burn and Power Steal effects.
Jean’s medium attacks summon the Pheonix Force and are hence energy and non-contact. Her opponent gains 60% less power when struck with these attacks.
The potency of all Incinerate-type effects are reduced by 60%.
Jean gains a sensory overload through the Pheonix Force. Precision through the Dexterity mastery now stacks (max. = 5), and the duration is paused upon activation of special attacks.
Pheonix Fury
Charging a heavy attack grants Phoenix Fury: 20 Pheonix Fury in 0.6 seconds. Each charge (max stacks: 500) deals 0.1% of physical damage as energy burst with each hit. When charging a heavy attack, all hits Miss. This Miss cannot Fail. After heavy attack finishes, this goes on cooldown for 20 seconds.
When Pheonix reaches a multiple of 50 charges, she gains a permanent Fury buff increasing attack rating by +10%.
When Struck
The Pheonix force grants a permanent Resistance Passive for every hit received by Jean, consuming 30 Pheonix Fury. Each Resistance reduces incoming damage by 1%. (Max. 70)
Being knocked down removes 10 Resistance from Jean.
Above 30 Charges, if Jean is to be knocked down by a heavy attack, the knockdown fails, but Jean is inflicted with a Passive Sleep for 0.2 seconds. The damage is reflected back onto the opponent as physical burst.
Basic Attacks
All basic attacks have a 40% chance to inflict a Passive Incinerate for 6 seconds. The fourth light attack refreshes all Incinerates.
Above 10 buffs
All Glance effects have a 30% chance to fail. If a Glance fails, gain buffs in the following order: Steadfast, Intensify, Power Efficiency, for 6 seconds. If all three buffs are active and a Glance fails, refresh that stack of buffs in the same order.
Above 20 buffs
Gain a power gain buff gaining 3 bars of power over 15 seconds. Activates by double-tapping block, and goes on cooldown for 90 seconds. On defence, activates when 10 buffs are gained.
Special Attack 1
Activating this special attack grants a Vigilance buff for 12 seconds, which fails all Miss-type effects. Pheonix rapidly gains Pheonix charges with each hit, gaining between 15 to 30 charges with every hit. If this Vigilance is active when Special Attack 1 is launched, gain a Power Efficiency buff for 6 seconds, decreasing the power consumed while activating specials by -15%.
If this attack is activated when the opponent is dashing in or standing still (not holding block) [Note: Stun counts], gain 2 Cruelty Buffs, increasing Critical Damage Rating by +500 each. On defence, gain 1 Cruelty on activation, and 1 for every hit blocked.
Inflict a Incinerate for each buff gained, and pauses all Buffs for 8 seconds.
Special Attack 2
Activating this attack Jean releases the Pheonix force in a burst of energy, consuming all Incinerates to deal burst damage on the last hit of this attack.
Pheonix Fury charges increase by 100 and are immediately consumed, selecting a random buff out of [Fury, Precision, Cruelty, True Damage, True Sense, Aptitude, Power Efficiency] for every 100 Pheonix Charges consumed, each for a duration of 12 seconds.
Special Attack 3
Only activates if Jean Gray has 10 buffs or more. Removes all buffs and converts them into Fury Buffs increasing attack rating by +8% per stack. All buffs that were active before this special attack return as permanent passive versions of the buffs at 25% of original potency, and all Fury buffs are removed.
Signature Ability: Rite of the Pheonix
Gaining a buff has a <50-100>% chance to inflict a Incinerate passive.
Passively gain <1-5>(rounded down) Pheonix Charges per second.
Special Attack 2:
Gain <1-3> (rounded down) buffs more during Pheonix Fury consumption.
If Pheonix were to be knocked out:
She passively regenerates <10-30>% health over 6 seconds. During this Regeneration, no hits can land on Pheonix.

Also, it's a little sad to see summoners focus on the minute mistakes rather than what the prospect of a new champion with this set could offer.
Also if we are not getting different versions of Phoenix, I would like complete rework on her, she should be ramp up style where she alternates between normal, dark and white Phoenix with different abilities and some animation differences as well. would be super cool to see those effects
