Hulk sig

Just duped my 4* Hulk (woot) and I've got like 10 science gems and 20 generic gems. Is he worth using them on? I've also got 4* Quake duped at 28, is she more or less worth the gems?

When in doubt, put some on each. I've been feeding mine into my Hulk. No regrets. Both pretty good Champs.
