    Normally I'd say a new champ but awakens capiw is a beast.

    Lady Deahtstrike needs very high signatures.
    Captain America I.W. get quite a few utilities once awakened, even at signature 20, but i would suggest to invest in him at least 100 signatures.
    Ironheat is pretty solid even unawakened and has a pre-fight ability which allows her to switch from incinerate debuffs to ruptures. She also has some immunities, if i am not mistaneking. I'd go either Captain America or Ironheart.
