War tactic bug

The new tactic states whilst power gain from the node is active basics have a chance to miss. Yet my special attacks are missing constantly even with tactic champions. It seems like other people have been experience this bug too as I've seen a number of people in the discord complaining.

    The forum post is the accurate wording from forum guardian a while back at start of off season its suppose to be all hits so even specials can miss

    ...that is REALLY poor communication from kabam. Also had the entire off season to correct it ingame too🤦‍♂️
