Bug with Collectors Crystal

So far doing the 1 Million Arena, Ive gotten two Collectors Crystals. Opening them right up gave me a 2* Winter Soldier which I already have maxed, and then a 1* Vision, who I constantly get in Daily Crystals.

The one that was given to us yesterday I let spin out and saw that it was all only characters that arent common as promised, and got a 2* Carnage as proof that it was working properly. Now, its clearly broken and giving common champs out.

    There's only a chance at Champs not in the regular Crystals. Not a guarantee. I pulled a 2* KG today. The Spin doesn't show all the Champs in the Crystal. Just some of the possibilities.
