Is Glorious Games a replacement for Caps Commissary?

I'm losing track on what is going on with the game these days.

So could I double check with people in the know, like the title said, is Glorious Games (Open Ceremonies) a replacement for Caps Commissary event from last year?

    Ah ok, thanks for letting me know @captain_rogers .

    Last year Cap Commissary event was a bit so and so, but I like the little Trade Store.

    Was hoping for a chance to trade in some stuffs.

    I know that 7* Awaken gem is crazy rare, so didn't expect anything with that, but thought would be nice if we could trade some of our spare 6* awaken gem to...I don't know, maybe some 7* shards or Titan shards or something.

    Oh well it is what it is, just keep collecting 6* AG each month for funsie 🤣

    I used many for crucible so I am back to a dozen now. A trade in store will be awesome consider we have the crystal opening event.
