My web store isn’t showing my correct claimable items

Does anyone know why this could be? I’m thinking some kind of tech bug or something, but I can’t claim my daily valiant crystal from the web store- because it won’t load my actual profile and progression level when I log in.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance
