General question - The lack of in game messaging

Is there a known reason why there is so little in game messaging when bugs are acknowledged, events changed, etc.? I have seen it discussed around discord vs. forums …. But why is in game messaging on these issues virtually non- existent? If you want to reach 100% of the player base, that seems to be the fool proof method. Other games have zero trouble doing this….

Add to this, the new champs ,or buff polls not done inside the game. A real nonsense.

Do outside too, but they need to count with the Mcoc Summoners votes

Yes, They send mails about those stupid deals no one will buy, but important info always comes late or never comes.

For example, champ balance information should be sent in mails imo.
