I've dipped in and out of this thread a few times over the last few days, and I've seen you bumping this up regularly, asking for yet more votes and feedback. With the greatest of respect, after 110+ votes, if you can't make up your mind by now, you never will.
Nobody can make the decision for you. It all depends on YOU - how well you play both champs, what content you need to complete, what other champs you have in your roster, whether you're ranking for usability or prestige.
Go into LOL and throw them both up against Red Hulk, see who you do best with. Or whatever content best represents what you're trying to complete.
You just seem majorly indecisive, there is a wealth of information on both of these champs already, YouTube videos showing head to head comparisons, etc. There is no "right answer" for everyone, only a right answer for you - and only you can make that decision.

No, sensible. Testing champs yourself and making decisions that suit you as an individual will take you much further in the game than ranking based on forum polls. It's genuine advice, if you know better then the best of luck to you.
Assuming you've played both a bit and don't have a strong like/dislike for the way one or other handles, then the rest comes down to your progress and your ambitions.
If your focus is on Act 5 (or earlier) and building up a 5* roster before tackling LoL then Sparky by miles. He is versatile and his prestige will help you get into a decent AQ alliance. On any reasonably short fight his damage output is equal or better than SL ( reasonably short meaning no longer than RoL WS ). He can power drain, he takes the pain out of baiting specials, he auto-evades bs like war-machine SP1. The only champ that might be better is blade, and he has an amazing synergy with blade.
The only exception is if you are planning on taking down LoL with a 4* - then SL.
