Calendar nigh crystal claimed but not in inventory.

This is my 1st time adding a concern here so bear with me. I claimed the nigh crystal but is not available in my crystals inventory. I sent a ticket already. This company keeps failing its customers. Just bringing it to your attention.

I posted another thread before I saw this one. I had the same issue, again on both my accounts. Others in my ally got it. I once again, did not.
