version crash

this is my fourth discussion about the problem.Three times posted before but no attempts by Kabam.We are missing 5* shards;3 year boost and other rewards.The question is:will they give the rewards back to us?No;they will not.So why not they fix the crash in nit only samsung but also in huawei and Xiaomi?Crash in the game-is that our fault?So why will we miss the rewards?I want to see a permanent fix of the crash soon.
