Raid ticket compensation

I'm getting mixed news from people. Did they send out the compensation for raid tickets yet? Some people have said they got them, while other people have said they didn't. There's someone in my alliance who spent 360 last week, but hasn't gotten any back, while someone else in my alliance said they were sent to the stash.

Are they just sending them out in waves?
