Raids charges missing

So is anyone else having a bug where you team losses all the charges?
This just happened to us today.
At first I thought maybe need to restart the game which I did with no luck.
So then I thought maybe when I go in and fight they will come back. Nope literally just disappeared and we had to start rebuilding charges again.
This is getting ridiculous

    If one of yalls game crashes trying to fight or fighting or a hard close while trying to load then you lose all charges.

    Hmm that's interesting.
    I'll ask the boys if that happened at all.
    I assume this is a common bug if you could come up with this answer so fast?

    It's common practice to quit out of fight if mistake happen to restart the fight and not lose health, abuse the system, to save potions

    But Kabam now simply takes away all the charges if anyone tries to soft cheat
