Summoned Symbiote Upgrade/Update

I love that we got to keep the summoned Symbiote (Steve) but with where things are now and with October coming up, it would be really nice to see some updates to him. Even just a power update. Like increase the max rank to 10 or something and have the highest rank only be achievable for certain progressions.
If the new max was around a rank 2 7 star champion, but that was only achievable for end players that would be nice. And maybe allow thronebreaker to get him to a 7 star rank 1 power.
I really enjoyed using him and still do where I can, but he’s just so underpowered now that I really can’t use him anywhere, and would love for him to become usable again. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
