My friend got his anniversary Howard the duck 4 star twice

Why has this happened my friend somehow got his anniversary rewards twice this meant he got 2 Howard the ducks and all the iso8 twice. This is unfair because people like me didn't get this. Can you please do something about this kabam.

Yh it is a bit unfair kabam can you please sort this out as me and my friend have a friendly competition and these extra items give him an unfair advantage. So he got 48 tech iso8 as he already had a Howard the duck. Please do something.
